Buying a house for the first time was emotional and stressful until we met John. My boyfriend and I tried to find a house on our own with zero success. Luckily we found John and he helped us through every step of the process and was always available, very honest and super helpful.  He answered all our questions (around a million I would say) and had so much patients with us.  We found, purchased and moved into our first home in under a month. John is amazing at what he does and we couldn’t have done it without his expertise and support. Nice to meet you, I’m Johnny Dulong. I didn’t grow up in a real estate family, but one thing I know for sure is that real estate is my calling. I began my working career in the automotive supply industry. It was a good place to cut my business teeth and that’s where I discovered I loved working with people, beyond anything. But I was also a devoted hockey player so I spent the next 3 years playing for my Regimental Team in the Canadian Forces. That’s right, I joined up and served in the military for three years and it was awesome in every way. Then the whole technology industry took off and I worked for over a decade in the IT industry. This was good learning too, and if I know another thing, it’s that you’ve got to stay on top of technology because it’s our future. Fast forward to 2002 when I got my real estate license. That’s when I came home. That’s when I found my true place. And I’ve never looked back. I’m a top tier realtor serving the Greater Halifax area. A region that is known for its hospitality, beautiful coastline and rich heritage. With longstanding experience in the Halifax real estate market, I know another thing for sure: change is constant.
